Gourmet BBQ pellets have a bulk density rating exceeding 42 lb/cu ft., a moisture content of less than 6%, and bag fines of less than <.50%. Every 20lb bag burns hot, clean and for a longer period of time.
Real Smoke Flavor: Gourmet BBQ pellets are made from premium selected hardwoods. Absolutely no oil additives or binders are used. Pacific Pellet utilizes only exceptionally clean and pure hardwood furnish for our BBQ products.
Higher Percentage of Hardwoods: Compared to other BBQ pellet manufacturers, Gourmet BBQ pellets have a higher concentration of real hardwoods. Gourmet BBQ pellets enjoy a 30% blended ratio of hardwoods, compared to the competition whose blends consist of only between 10-25% hardwoods.
