Features welded steel D-rings that are rust-resistant, heavy-duty side release clasps, and climbing grade webbing. Non-slip teeth are molded into the nylon plastic tri-glide to keep the collar at the correct size, even when pulled. Buckle designed specifically with pets in mind, consistently tests stronger than metal buckles. Not recommended for tie-out. Machine washable.
